Receive a referral bonus of $1,000 when you refer qualified international Registered Nurses to O’Grady Peyton International before December 31, 2026.
To be eligible for the referral bonus, the Referred Candidate must be a Registered Nurse who meets all the following criteria:
1. Must be a citizen of Canada or Mexico and eligible for a TN visa OR
Must be an EB-3 candidate with an I-140 Filing Date of October 2023 or prior (“Recapture Candidate”);
2. Must start their assignment in the United States with O’Grady Peyton International in 2026;
3. Must have passed the NCLEX exam at time of application;
4. If the referred candidate is a Recapture Candidate, must be released by their previous employer and provide written confirmation of release; and provide confirmation that they are still active at National Visa Center
5. Must agree to complete a Staffing Contract with an obligation of 3 years with O’Grady Peyton International.
This offer is only for Staffing positions through O’Grady Peyton International and does not apply to candidates who are referred, apply, and/or placed in any direct hire position through AMN Healthcare International or Connetics USA.
In order for a referral to be valid and eligible for any bonus consideration, the Referrer must first complete the official registration form on the designated AMN Healthcare International referral webpage. The registration form requires the Referrer’s first name, last name, and email address.
Upon submission of the completed registration form, the Referrer will receive an email from AMN Healthcare International containing a unique referral link. This referral link directs to the AMN International RN application and is specific to the registered Referrer. The Referrer is responsible for sharing this link directly with any Referred Candidates they wish to refer. The Referred Candidate must use the Referrer’s unique referral link to submit their application. AMN Healthcare International’s system will automatically associate the application with the Referrer’s record; the Referrer is not required to submit or enter any additional information about the Referred Candidate.
Applications that are submitted without the use of the unique referral link provided to the Referrer will not be associated with the Referrer’s account and will not be eligible for any referral bonus consideration.
If your referral is a match, Recruiter will then contact your colleague and introduce him or her to O’Grady Peyton International, and its affiliates.

To be eligible for the referral bonus, the referred candidate must be a new contact for O’Grady Peyton International, AMN Healthcare, or its affiliates (i.e. not already in any AMN Healthcare or affiliate databases). Requests to retroactively apply a referral to a Referred Candidate who has already submitted an application or who is already in AMN’s system will not be accepted.
Only one bonus is available per referred clinician even if they take multiple assignments. If the candidate is referred by multiple referrers, only the first person to refer the candidate to O’Grady Peyton International will be eligible to receive the referral bonus. Referrals submitted through unofficial channels—including but not limited to verbal recommendations, email introductions, social media messages, or submission of Referred Candidates’ names through informal methods—will not be honored. The referral system is fully automated and relies exclusively on the use of the unique referral link issued at the time of registration. AMN Healthcare International cannot and will not manually associate a Referred Candidate with a Referrer under any circumstances.
You will earn a referral bonus for each clinician you refer to us who meets the above criteria and completes three months of assignment with O’Grady Peyton International, and its affiliates. Clinicians must be eligible to work for AMN Healthcare and meet our minimum hiring requirements.
Referred clinicians must start an assignment before December 1, 2026. In a case of “reciprocal referring” (two new candidates applying and referring each other), only one referral bonus will be paid, to be split between the candidates.
If you qualify to receive a referral bonus and have taken an assignment with O’Grady Peyton International, AMN Healthcare, Inc. or its affiliates in the past calendar year, you will receive your bonus automatically through your current payroll. If you qualify for the bonus but have not taken an assignment with O’Grady Peyton International in the past calendar year, you will receive a bonus payment via electronic payments within approximately 30 of your referee completing three months of employment.
Data provided by the referrer and referee may be shared with a third party vendor so the vendor can track referrals and bonus payments. Any outstanding accounts receivable balances must be resolved before bonus payment is made.
Referrals to other AMN Healthcare entities will be governed by the terms and conditions of that AMN Healthcare entity’s referral program (including amount of the bonus).
Any and all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the person receiving the bonus, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any person receiving a bonus will be required to provide his/her social security number for tax reporting purposes. The value of the bonus will be reported on the applicable IRS form (W-2 or 1099).
O’Grady Peyton International and AMN Healthcare, Inc. reserve the right to disqualify referrers for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for fraud in its sole discretion.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED AT LAW, NEITHER O’GRADY PEYTON INTERNATIONAL, AMN HEALTHCARE, INC. NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS OFFER. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES.
