Who Can You Refer?
You can refer RNs who:
- Are citizens of Canada or Mexico (eligible for TN visa) OR are EB-3 candidates with an I-140 Filing Date of October 2023 or prior (“Recapture Candidate”)
- Have passed the NCLEX at the time of application
- Are not already in our system or previously referred to AMN Healthcare, Connetics USA, or O’Grady Peyton International
- Are ready to start a U.S. assignment with us in 2026
