| “After meeting the O’Grady Peyton International team in Kuwait and passing the screen test, I signed on with the company. I studied for three months and during that time I received many e-mails from OGP, guiding me and preparing me for the NCLEX exam, which I sat in India and passed the first time. Thank you to OGP for their dedication, kindness and support each step of the way.” | | Mahtab Torkchin, RN |

For over 25 years, O’Grady Peyton International has helped nurses and their families relocate to the United States, and has placed thousands of registered nurses in jobs at top hospitals nationwide.
Whether you’re looking for an extended stay or a permanent relocation, O’Grady Peyton International has the resources and the expertise to make your journey to the United States the experience of a lifetime. We offer comprehensive immigration processing, a track record of high NCLEX success rates, training and full support as you transition to your new life abroad. To learn more, take a look at O’Grady Peyton International’s team, educational resources and our recruitment process. Get started by exploring our Web site where you will find everything you need to know about the USA nursing program and working as a health care professional in the United States.
Our team of dedicated professionals are available to help all of our nurses study to successfully pass their NCLEX exam within three to four months of joining OGP. With emphasis on NCLEX education, we will guide you throughout your preparation until we feel you are ready to sit your exam. Your NCLEX educator will be there every step of the way should you need any direction or support.
Once you have passed your NCLEX exam, we will then commence your immigration and VisaScreen process. At this time, you will be introduced to your immigration consultant who will help you prepare all of the paperwork necessary for this process.
At the same time, we will help you prepare for your IELTS exam. Upon completing your required exams, the next step is to match your clinical skills to a suitable hospital in the USA.
Your placement coordinator will work closely with you to ensure you have met all of the pre-arrival requirements prior to traveling to the USA and will keep you informed of upcoming job interviews with the hospitals.
The final step of the process is your arrival in the United States, where you will be greeted by a meet-and-greet representative of O'Grady Peyton International. Your meet-and-greet representative will assist you throughout your first week of arrival, with shopping, applying for your social security number, obtaining a driver’s license, settling into your new apartment and other miscellaneous items you may need assistance with.
Welcome to your new home in the U.S. and a future full of opportunities for you and your family!
