Recruiter

Your recruiter is the first person you’ll meet at O’Grady Peyton International. Our recruiting representative will explain all the details of the USA Nursing Programme, answer any of your questions and help you with the paperwork required to join the programme.

Licensure Specialist

To work as a nurse in America, you must have a U.S. RN (registered nurse) license. Your licensure specialist will guide you through the process of studying for the NCLEX-RN licensing exam and will make the necessary arrangements for you to take the exam.

Immigration Specialist

Once you have been accepted into the programme, you will be assigned an immigration specialist who will help you with everything you need for the filing of your Permanent Residency visa (Green Card).

Placement Manager

When you travel to America to take the NCLEX-RN exam, you will be interviewed by our U.S. placement manager who will review your background and discuss available opportunities with you. Once you pass the NCLEX-RN exam and have begun the visa process, your placement manager will evaluate the available job opportunities, update your résumé and plan your travel timeline.

Clinical Assignment Manager

Your clinical assignment manager will assess your skills and experience, and will play an important role in helping you find a nursing job in the United States. Once you have been placed at a hospital, your clinical assignment manager, who is an experienced RN, will be on hand to answer any clinical questions you have at your new workplace.

NCLEX E-Learning Centre

After joining OGP’s sponsorship program, our educator will work with you to ensure you are well prepared to sit the US Nursing Licensure exam (NCLEX).

Prior to starting your studies, you will be asked to complete a diagnostic readiness test. These results will be used to help you realize your strengths and weaknesses in the five nursing areas tested in the exam: Medical, Surgical, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Psychiatry. Your educator will assist you with additional material in areas that need more attention.

During your study program you will have two official tests and after completing the 11 week study program, a final proctored test will be done at a designated center in your area. This is called your Pre-Flight exam. If you achieve the required score of 78 percent, OGP will arrange and pay for your flight and accommodation to sit the NCLEX.

In addition to the above, a series of small tests have been developed to help you prepare. You will have access to these tests should you want to make use of them.

As most of our nurses live too far away to visit our offices, we present Telephonic Tutorials via a conference call. OGP arranges and pays for this one-hour call during which valuable exam preparation tips and much more are presented to help you better understand the NCLEX exam.
